play is a source of joy, pleasure and fun – and it's everywhere: from the smallest cellular interaction, to the most complex social organization. through play we learn about ourselves, connect with each other and discover the world. in this workshop, we will play theater games and games of our childhoods, whilst asking ourselves: what happens with our bodies – our nervous systems – when we engage in the act of play?
