Let's get that morning high together! This up-regulating cardio and strength fitness workout will enliven the body and spirit. We will explore some breathwork with soft, slow movement in the beginning, building to a high energy fabulous workout.
This active integration will be fun and challenging to get the day started with motivation and high vibrations. Be prepared to sweat! Variations for exercises will be given to accommodate as many levels as possible so come along.

Hey babes, I'm Jay, a fitness coach, Jivamukti Yoga teacher and Somatic practitioner. I also created Drag Energy, a powerful embodiment workshop series that aims to build confidence and community while tackling queer visibility and LGBTIQA+ equal rights. I love sweat, sun, books, travel and kissing.
