This session, facilitated by ACT UP (AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power) activist Dan Glass includes a few short films and idea-sharing that delves into the legendary Radical AIDS Activist Group ACT UP toolkit to understand how to inject some creative joy into your initiatives for social justice.
For instance: to continue the journey for an HIV cure and access to healthcare for all, or continue the journey into a carbon neutral future, or an end to the conflict in the middle east.
Dan Glass
Dan Glass is an educator, author and film presenter recognised as Guardian’s ‘campaigning role model’ and 'Activist of the Year' with the 'Sexual Freedom Awards.' Dedicating his life to transformational leadership influenced by his German Grandparents stories surviving the Nazi Holocaust, Dan is an artist with Beautiful Trouble and ‘In Place of War’, catalysing empowerment programmes in Uganda, Poland and beyond.
