Naked as we came _ Navigating Intimacy with Confidence

In this workshop, we cultivate joy and safety in sensual touch by practising non-verbal embodied consent. We explore tools and exercises that strengthen our inner voice, enable us to negotiate our authentic wants and needs, while reminding ourselves to renegotiate consent as our needs change. We practise setting boundaries as an integral tool for building honest connections. The final exercise will be a clothing-optional cuddle puddle.
