In most yoga classes you're precisely instructed how to move your body, how long to hold a pose, when to inhale and when to exhale, and what to feel. You're asked to develop mindfulness and listen to your body while at the same time pushing through the effort, often just to get yoga high. In this workshop we'll explore a way to practice that embodies the three core value of playfulness, curiosity, and agency. Your body, your practice!
