Tell me who you are

This highly interactive workshop, explores what we tell others about who we are. Using a combination of simple exercises, mindfulness, pair-work, group discussion, music and movement, we will explore what helps or hinders us from telling others who we really are; in a fun, intimate, confidential and supportive space. If you want to improve your communication skills, self confidence and awareness, come along and be willing to tell others who you really are.
