Morning babes, let's WERK! Queer fitness is an upregulating fabulous practice to enliven the body and spirit for all queer expressions. We will indulge some soft slow dynamic movement in the beginning, building to a high energy camp workout.

Using just our bodies and breath this active integration will be fun and challenging to get the day started with some motivation and high vibrations. Variations for exercises will be given to accommodate as many levels as possible so come along. Do the best you can and the energy will flow!

Jay Barry Matthews

I have been creating and facilitating workshops for 7 years with queer people. My intention is to offer sober spaces where we can explore and grow together. Having community has been fundamental to my survival and I want to share resource.
As a Somatic coach and fitness instructor with a yoga background I focus on the power of our intentions. My project Drag Energy is a fabulous, playful experience about being authentic with self expression.
