Reframing the stories we tell ourselves

What happens when we become too attached to a particular story from our life, and are ‘hooked’ on re-telling it? The first half of the workshop will encourage participants to reflect on their own personal narratives, through partner and small group work.
In the second half, three or four volunteers from the group will share a short story in front of the other workshop participants. A facilitated discussion will follow the sharing of these stories.
