Building upon the practice of heart sharing/sharing circles where one person at a time speaks, and the rest listens, we invite you to express what is in your heart about feelings of shame you might have now or experienced previously and to hold space for others to do the same.
There will be options to explore physical contact as a ressource, when speaking.
Manuel Stotzka & Axel Nielsen
Manuel is a non-binary bodyworker and healer living in Berlin. They practises chinese medicine and bodywork therapies.
Axel is a somatic therapist based in Berlin. He has a background in social justice and has mainly worked to improve acces to health care for transgender and non-binary people. Now he works with an embodied approach to therapy, to support people of all genders and sexualities to live embodied lives. He gives workshops regularly at Village and Skinship and is the co-curator of this stretch.
