Olfaktorium

The participants lie or sit in the room with their eyes closed/blindfolded.
Each participant is given a fragrant flower and can smell it for as long as they like, touch the petals etc. During the smelling process there will be no talking. Meditation music is playing. Each participant will experience something completely individual during smelling. At the end of the workshop there is still time to share personal experiences and thoughts with the group or to write them down.
