"Shame on me... / A Collective Confessional" is a 90-minute somatic workshop exploring shame through movement and body awareness. Drawing from Gabor Maté's teachings, we'll investigate shame's origins and physical manifestations. Through gentle exercises and guided discussions, participants will cultivate self-compassion and resilience. A collective confessional offers space to share experiences of shame, from sexuality to personal failures. No prior experience needed – just openness to self-discovery. Join us in this judgment-free environment to inquire our relationship with shame.
