This workshop offers an exploration of the connection between movement, sound, dance, reflection, and psychology. Through voice and body activation, emotional awareness, discussions, and improvisational dance, participants engaged in a process of returning to their bodies with greater sensitivity and presence. Emotions served as both entry points and guides, inviting participants to recognize familiar patterns and open up to new experiences. Dance is a tool for expression, connection, and healing, while periods of writing and reflection help integrate insights and foster a sense of safety within the body. No dance background is required!
