In this workshop inner and outer dialogue is invited while receiving and giving touch: One partner gives first a small proposed sequence of touch to a partner. Meanwhile the receiver is invited to reflect in an inner dialogue on what is happening on the levels of the physical body, thoughts and emotions. Then he is proposing a small sequence of touch for him to receive and the giver is invited to reflect on what is happening for him. Then both can share with each other what they wish to share. From there all experiences are blended together in a round where the receiver and giver roles can dissolve. During the whole time we are guided by our curiosity, self-care and care for the other.
