In this workshop, we’ll explore the nuanced, arousing, disturbing, and playful terrain of sugar and power dynamics. After grounding ourselves in real-world context, we’ll move into role-play — repeatedly assigning ourselves into two distinct roles, each time reflecting on one offering and one desire. We’ll then create marketplaces where we entice, seduce (or are seduced), and exchange to find matches. Transaction will lead the way through playful negotiation. Let’s invite fantasy, play with value, and empower our vulnerabilities.
