Get me out of this

Ah.... the need to escape....to run away.... to find a better place. Who doesn't know this? And yet, we take ourselves with us wherever we go. So why don't we pause and listen. Listen to what is making us run away, tuning into our pain collectively, and also attuning to what is asking for growth and nourishment. As we tap into these varied places, we are invited to begin to wonder: what relationship requires attention that would "get me out of this mess" - is it me? or is it you?
