Inner ensemble: community NADA & writing emotions
SAKO

Sunday
11:00 - 12:30

A collective session with ear acupuncture – five points, five needles, five emotions, an act of rest.
We begin with a writing practice that opens the resonance within: listening to who speaks, who stays silent, who leads. Writing as preparation, as manifestation of what wants to emerge.
Then come the needles.
Each point corresponds to an emotion – needling invites a deeper, embodied connection with our feelings, a conversation beyond words.
The NADA protocol – born in the Bronx, supported by the Young Lords and the Black Panthers, carried on in queer communities. Care, regulation, collective exhale. We rest together. Each person alone – and still held.
