Sunday
11:00 - 12:30
Studio 3

A workshop and collective space with ear acupuncture – five needles, five emotions, a moment of pause with SAKO & Angel. We open with a guided writing sequence that invites you to listen to your inner ensemble: which voice emerges, which stays quiet, what wants to be noticed? Writing serves as a way to become more aware of emotions and to prepare the transition into embodied experience. Next, the NADA protocol is applied – developed in the Bronx, carried by the Young Lords and Black Panthers, and continuing to live within queer communities. Five selected points, five emotional qualities: through the needles, a deeper bodily connection to what became visible in writing is made possible. A space for care, regulation, and shared arrival. We rest together – each person on their own, and yet in connection.
