Performing a dance for one audience member can be an act of emotional intimacy, and of service. Information flows both ways between dancer and observer. In this workshop, we somatically explore our digestive system, fundamentally connected to both desires and boundaries - both by ourselves and through gentle hands-on touch. We then share this exploration with another person while making eye contact, placing our attention simultaneously both inside and outside our bodies. No dance experience necessary!
