In this session, we plug into the get-down vibrations of Caribbean underground dances. We'll explore the sustained submission of the Dembow loop, a relentless, hypnotic beat that demands total presence from your body. This workshop invites you to negotiate space through pelvic mobility and connection. We move between the Soft Grind and the Fiery Twerk. We will practice fluidity, endurance, keeping the friction alive without breaking the spell. In terms of consent, we will practice negotiating The Plug: the moment of physical connection, with clarity, heat, and respect. Using the "drop" in the music as a moment of shared sensation and play.
