This session is a space for collective reflection and honest inquiry - exploring the quieter, more normalised ways that white supremacy has shaped our behaviour: perfectionism, urgency, power hoarding, and other patterns. We'll sit with some discomfort together, examine the dominant culture behaviours we may be unknowingly perpetuating, and imagine more liberatory ways of being and working.
