Unchain my heart: a circle of compliments

When somebody gives you a compliment, do you get embarrassed, deflecting praise and appreciation. Do you begin to describe the ways you are not worthy? Do you perform false confidence? Do you tear up? What is this contradiction of feeling worthless when someone tells you how valuable you are? In this workshop, we will explore the vulnerability of receiving appreciation. While we will not be exploring touch, nudity is welcome and encouraged.
