Sometimes, both things are true at the same time: You want to stay in a lively, exciting social space and it's challenging or overwhelming to be there. In this workshop you’ll be offered some simple, practical nervous system regulation tools to help you stay grounded in high-energy environments. Through guided practice, we’ll explore how you can notice activation, support regulation in real time, and participate in social spaces while staying connected to yourself.

Hans is at Stretch representing Zigmal e.V.; A Berlin volunteer organisation supporting self-responsibility, relationship, and community. In his own words: “I have my certification as a systemic trauma counsellor and touch trainer. I enjoy sharing creativity and humour with the people I work with. After decades of offering art in queer spaces, the past few years I've been working predominantly with men*. I love bringing reflection, embodiment, and practical insights into life's most mysterious corners.”
