How sex positive can we really be, if we are struggling with the pain and grief related to the sex we will never have? Accepting that we can not have all the sex we want to, can be liberating. Getting to know more about the sex we can not have, might tell us more about ourselves than the sex we do have. During this workshop we reflect upon this and create a ritual to support each other in the process of letting go utopia.

fredt van driel
Fredt van Driel was born and raised in 1982 in Rotterdam, NL. This is where they started to build community for queers and at the same time shaped their praxis as a Humanist existential counselor / chaplain, within and outside of institutions. Fredt has been organizing queer events like support groups, workshops, rituals and protests, and since 2014 a clubnight. Most importantly, Fredt tries to be a good elder for the next generations within their chosen family network.
