This workshop will be a guided bodywork session to help you integrate and, if it is even possible by now, stretch a little extra. It will be inspired by The Pantarei Approach, a modality that combines verbal and touch-based communication to support change on a physical, emotional, and mental level. More importantly, it will be inspired by you and what you bring to the space.
The last evening of a pressure-cooker-like Stretch can bring intensity (at both ends of the spectrum, between the exhausted and the ecstatic), and my wish is to support whatever wants to flow as smoothly as possible.
