Growing up GBTQ+ isn’t always easy—but while we can’t change the past, we can transform how it lives within us. Fogo Sagrado, a powerful practice of awareness and energy renewal, helps us reconnect with our inner child, release old patterns, and create space for authentic joy. Asking “What am I living today?” opens the path to living fully, loving freely, and becoming the confident, radiant GBTQ+ men we were always meant to be.
Markus Bohlmann
Markus Bohlmann is a gay man who currently lives in Southern Germany. He is a certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and also teacher of Fogo Sagrado. He teaches in English and in German. Markus has been a participant of the Authentic Eros One-Year-Training and loved to have been able to connect with other GBTQ+ men on this journey to more body awareness and community.
