This workshop invites you to an embodied, interactive journey into tenderness, vulnerability, and the many shapes of masculinity. Through guided reflection, shared storytelling, and simple connection practices, we’ll explore how to free masculinity from rigid norms and reclaim it as a space for care, creativity, and authenticity. Open to all genders, this session invites you to imagine — and embody — new possibilities for being and relating.
