A supportive space exclusively for people of colour. We will delve into the often unspoken topics of colourism, micro-aggression and desirability politics. Grounding with mindfulness and connecting through games, we'll empower ourselves towards gentle repair of generational wounding. Connecting to our cultural power we'll ask: "What do we need from Stretch?" and "how we connect visibly and wholesomely with our queer community". Come as you are and feel free to wear something from your heritage.
Vizyandan (Viz) Vijayakumar
Vizyandan (Viz) is neurodiverse person of colour of Tamil (தமிழ்) heritage. They are deeply focused on developing diverse, authentic communities. Their background includes the Authentic Eros programme, which informs their approach to connection and relationships. That said, they work to establish spaces where individuals can feel seen and supported, just as they are.
