This 45 min session is created to arrive together in stillness and movement in order to co-regulate and tune-in for the day. There will be time to share with this group what you are bringing into the space, for example from your experiences so far as well as to set an intention for the day.
Zach Rothman-Hicks
Zach Rothman-Hicks is an educator, professor, and conceptual artist. He has presented work at cultural organizations throughout New York City, Berlin, and Vienna, such as Stretch Fest, EuroGames, Chashama, Art in Odd Places, Queens Public Library, Easton Mountain, Culture Lab, and s more. He creates workshops and performances which provide opportunities to nourish community, build empathy, and strengthen resilience.
