The Nest of Us

The Nest of Us is a guided, non-sexual cuddle space that invites our bodies to rest, co-regulate, and soften together. We’ll begin with clear guidance around consent and comfort, then slowly build a randomly distributed, tenderly interconnected human nest through breath, sound, and gentle connection. If you like the idea of cuddle puddles but find them challenging in practice, consider this your invitation to pause, be held by the collective, and leave grounded, nourished, and re-centred. Your only job here is to relax as much as humanly possible!

Sasha is a storyteller, occasional facilitator, and loves to create experiences that bring people together. With a background in communications, alternative and radical communities, and a longstanding fascination with human connection, he’s interested in what happens when people slow down, drop some of the usual social scripts, and meet each other differently. His work brings together curiosity, creativity, and care to create spaces where people can feel seen, held, and a little more at home with each other.
