Jorge De Hoyos

Jorge De Hoyos is a freelance contemporary dance and performance maker turned CrossFit coach and personal trainer from California, based in Berlin since 2012. Artists and teachers he’s worked with include Sara Shelton Mann, Keith Hennessey and Meg Stuart as well as Don Hanson for Bhakti Chi/Transforming Cellular Memory and Kai Ehrhardt for Authentic Eros. Embodiment, spiritual development and sexuality are key factors that run through his work as an artist, teacher, writer, and sometimes sex worker. He coaches at Black Sheep Athletics in Bergmannkiez and privately too!
