I am a gay cis man, mental health first aider from Berlin. I'm involved with Radical Faeries and Intimate Buddies. My life has always been shaped by activism for the LGBTIQ* and HIV communities. Cuddle Puddles - the combination of consent, mindfulness and touching energy - inspired me so much that I later offered it myself.
