Marat Videira

Marat is an educator, psychological counselor, social worker, and figurative artist based in Berlin. His interests center on personal and social transformation, the body–mind connection, awareness, and consent culture, as well as creating spaces that invite deeper connection with self and others. He has facilitated workshops on body positivity, authentic relating, intimacy, consent, and radical self-expression, using an integrative approach that draws on somatic practices, systemic work, gestalt, and art therapy.
