I am Jay / Jazbazmaz, a lover and creative. I started fascilitating workshops because we need sober, queer spaces to be authentic and vulnerable that are still fun and explorative. They are informed by my life, my peers, Somatic Coaching and Jivamukti Yoga teacher trainings.
