"Be a Man," they said.
This workshop seeks to provide a space for exploring the male gender. We will be looking at how being a cis or trans man impacts our daily lives, what are our own constructs around the male gender. We will be using a model and theory by Ann Ladd: Layers of Personality to understand our own gender identity and expression.
Sanjay and Shyam are both Psychotherapists from different integrative models, each having their own respective private practices working internationally in UK, Canada and India. Both have worked over the years with gay/bi/queer men individually and in groups, in person and online. Sanjay and Shyam also run workshops together for queer men in India providing a space for exploration, healing, growth and community building.
