Object drag
Robin Leveroos
She/they
Saturday
16:30 - 18:30
Object Drag gives love and flamboyant care to household items, liberating them from subservience to humans through fabulous attire. Drag, while subverting body expectations, can critique societies’ given attitudes and behaviors through camp, humour, disguise, and a good dose of flash and dazzle. In this workshop we’ll get to know, pamper, preen, and make over the inanimate entities in our lives. Part anthropology, part craft circle, part beauty salon, the intention is to try something new, together.
