Five years ago, I moved to Berlin to challenge my traditional Catholic background. Embracing life’s unpredictability and grounding myself through movement and touch, I developed as a team manager, coach, and trainer in the corporate world. By exploring the city's body-positive, open spaces, I learned to create similar environments in small settings.
